This utility allows you to add or edit instructors for your live event sessions.

 

At A Glance

Adding an Instructor

  1. Live Event Tab --> Add/Edit Instructors button
  2. Add New Instructor button (green plus)
  3. A series of fields will appear
  4. Fill out all possible fields, nothing is required but at least First and Last Name is highly recommended
  5. Click Insert. The new instructor will be assigned an ID 
  6. Associate the instructor with the Division or Organization desired (associating an Instructor to a Division is recommended). Their InstructorID will appear next to their assigned location

Editing an Instructor

  1. Live Event Tab --> Add/Edit Instructors button. If there are instructors that have been created, they will appear below
  2. Click Edit on the left to change the Instructor's details, then Update when done

Step By Step

Adding an Instructor

  1. Click the Add/Edit Instructors option in the Admin Menu under the Live Event tab.

  2. Click on the Add New Instructor green plus sign.

  3. The Instructor form fields will appear.

  4. Type in the instructor’s information, and click the Insert button to add that person to the system.

Editing an Instructor

  1. Click the Add/Edit Instructors option in the Admin Menu under the Live Event tab.

  2. Click the corresponding EDIT button for the instructor you want to edit (example below).

    The following options will appear (see the arrow boxes for descriptions)
